Moore crafts and woodworks collect data customers provide when making purchases using Square or Stripe or when they message or email. The data collected may contain, but is not limited to; customer name, customer email address & mailing address, as well as customer’s contact phone number.
Moore crafts and woodworks does not collect credit, debit, check (unless check is paid in person), or banking information. That is handled by Square or Stripe. If payment is done by check in person, the check will be deposited in a timely manner (usually in the same day). If done at the bank the bank will keep the check. If done by “mobile deposit” the check will be destroyed once deposited.

This data may be collected to assist in shipping order and attempt to contact customers to resolve any issues that may arise during processing of a customer’s order.

Moore crafts and woodworks does not, and will not release customer data, at any time, to any entity, except under court order.
Moore crafts and woodworks will not use this information to put customers on a email list, postal mailing list or call list.

All card transactions are processed through Square or Stripe. Moore crafts and woodworks is not responsible or accountable for any Square or Stripe errors, breaches, mishandling and anything Square or Stripe does. (But we will help as mush as we can if something occurs)
